Common sense guides us in the right direction, whether crossing the street safely, managing finances, or solving everyday problems. Through it, we’re able to navigate life’s challenges, make smart choices, and lead a more fulfilled and successful life.

In a nutshell, common sense provides us with shared understandings and guiding principles that guide our lives. This helps us navigate social interactions with respect and empathy, as well as make informed judgments and decisions. We can improve our overall well-being and positively impact the world by cultivating and utilizing our common sense.

It has the potential to weaken our immune system, making us more susceptible to illnesses and infections as a result. The effects of chronic stress can include an increase in the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes, including coronary artery disease and stroke. Physical symptoms such as headaches, muscle tension, digestive issues, and even chronic pain can also be manifestations of stress. In addition to that, stress is a significant factor that negatively impacts our behavior and lifestyle choices, leading to overeating, substance abuse, or a lack of motivation to exercise, all of which can have serious consequences on our health. Stress affects our well-being in a number of ways that cannot be quantified or ignored, and it should not be underestimated.
