Among my favorite fruits, strawberries, apples, honeydew melons, cantaloupes, and pears are my top five. However, I also like blueberries & raspberries in my smoothie bowls. In addition, I also eat bananas but I do not consume a lot because they are starchy and they are high in sugar. Additionally, I enjoy grapes and cherries in moderation because they contain a high level of sugar. Apples are my go-to fruit.

What’s a job you would like to do for just one day?
Just one day, I’d like to be a judge. There is too much stuff that is being swept under the rug that should be dealt with differently. The changes I would like to make will benefit our country in the long run.

Sometimes we all have trouble sleeping for one reason or another. I myself struggled a lot with lack of sleep for a long time, but after trying some of the below tips, I was able to improve my sleeping patterns. In terms of my goals, am I 100 percent of the way there. Certainly not, but I am 85% of the way there and I am determined to continue pushing until I reach the goal that I have set. Sitting at a desk in a way that promotes good posture and comfort is always a priority for me. Let me share some simple tips with you. This is what I did when I set up my office. I loved setting up my office. It is important that your desk is set up correctly so that you can be more productive and achieve greater success.
3 Tips:
Adjust your chair height so that your feet are flat on the ground and your knees are 90 degrees.
Deep seats support your thighs without placing pressure on your knees. Relax your shoulders, elbows at 90-degree angles, and wrists straight. Adjust your chair or monitor height so your computer monitor is at eye level.
Every hour, take a break to stretch and move around to prevent stiffness. These tips will help you stay comfortable at your desk and maintain good posture.
