When times are tough, it can often seem as though maintaining motivation is an uphill battle. In order to boost your motivation during challenging times, it may be beneficial to break large tasks down into smaller, more manageable ones. Focusing on progress instead of feeling overwhelmed by a long list of things to do can help you stay motivated to accomplish your goals. Aside from that, try to keep your eyes on the big picture and the long-term goals you intend to achieve. You should not lose sight of the fact that setbacks are part of the process, and that with hard work and determination, you will be able to overcome them.

Last but not least, do not forget to take care of yourself both physically and mentally, by getting enough rest, eating well and taking the time to recharge so that you can enjoy your life to the fullest.
