As a result of stress, we can also have trouble sleeping, resulting in insomnia or poor quality sleep.

It will come as no surprise to anyone that stress can have a negative impact on our body. It has the potential to weaken our immune system, making us more susceptible to illnesses and infections as a result. The effects of chronic stress can include an increase in the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes, including coronary artery disease and stroke. Physical symptoms such as headaches, muscle tension, digestive issues, and even chronic pain can also be manifestations of stress. In addition to that, stress is a significant factor that negatively impacts our behavior and lifestyle choices, leading to overeating, substance abuse, or a lack of motivation to exercise, all of which can have serious consequences on our health. Happy Fall. We wanted to share an easy Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe with you. Hope you enjoy

Ingredients:

– 1 cup milk

– 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

– 1 tablespoon sugar

– 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee

– Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir well.

2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Stir occasionally.

3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

4. In a separate mug, add the brewed coffee.

5. Pour the hot pumpkin milk mixture into the mug with coffee.

6. Stir well to combine.

7. If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle some extra pumpkin spice on top.

8. Enjoy your homemade pumpkin spice latte!
