Sometimes we get caught up in competitions or our egos scream for attention when all we really want is to unleash our brilliant gifts. Your brilliance can’t be taken with you, so aim high.

Change can be hard for some people. We often rely on what we’ve learned as children to survive, thrive, and fit in with others. Many people have fought for survival and every scrap that came their way, while some have adapted to change and thrived in the midst of change. It takes work to unlearn these old beliefs and dismantle them.
There is always room for win-win. You can create amazing changes when you are able to see beyond the ego and recognize the abundance that is available. A team with people like this is uplifted, the energy soars, and amazing creativity emerges. In a culture driven by scarcity and competition, this is much harder to do, sustain, and elevate.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that the high road is often the better path. It’s not about judging others wrong or believing yourself better. It’s about knowing your truth. Stay true to yourself. Stay away from competition. Visualize the vision, experience the outcome, and give freely what you have to offer the world. Nothing from this life can be taken with you. Be what you can for the world. You lose what you don’t give.
Bringing about positive change and serving others becomes less important than how it is accomplished. Even though you may feel hurt when others criticize your ideas or take credit for your innovations, remembering the benefits for all will often ease the pain. Your key is evaluating whether it is serving a common good before offering yourself. Being grateful for your contributions would bring you peace. The time may come to move on to a more collaborative team and a more receptive and appreciative audience.
Achieving your purpose and living your passion will be rewarding. The recognition will come. It is the heart & soul that will always triumph over the mind & ego. As you travel along the journey of your career and life, you’ll need to stay true to your inner brilliance. Make sure these negative experiences don’t undermine your worth. The negative experience is not you. It is often the negativity we experience from others that reflects more on them than on us.
Our lenses, gifts, wiring, and experiences differ. Diversities are gifts of life which bring us together and create a society, a solution, a technology, etc., for the benefit of all. Be confident when others fail to see your vision. By staying true to yourself, you’ll attract the right people, the right opportunities, and the right support. Be humble and aim high.
Here are four tips for increasing your blog’s readership quickly!

Apart from being a fun hobby, what is the point of maintaining a blog? To attract readers, the answer is simple. A blog’s main goal is to reach as many readers as possible, regardless of whether you are selling advertising, a product, or just your own ideas. If that is the case, then you should understand how to attract readers to your blog. Your blog can be enhanced in a number of ways in order to increase readership. The following are four easy ways to increase your blog readership…
The first step towards increasing readership is to increase the number of pages each reader is exposed to. Don’t allow yourself to be judged based solely on your most recent post, rather judge yourself based on your entire body of work. In order to accomplish this goal, you may wish to highlight related posts within your blog. If possible, at the end of your article, you should highlight posts that are likely to be of interest to those who enjoyed your article. It is generally the case that blog platforms are equipped with plug-ins which will assist you with this, but if they are not, then you may need to list the links manually. It is also possible to highlight the relevant posts within the content of your post in a similar manner. When you discuss a topic that you have discussed previously, include a link to a previous post that addresses that topic. As a result, a previous post will remain fresh for a longer period of time.
Another tip for increasing your blog readership is to consider doing a series of posts. The idea of writing a series is an effective way to keep your readers interested. Additionally, if your posts are linked back, you can get your readers to look at multiple posts even after you have completed the series. It is important to be careful when doing a series so that the reader is not frustrated. The series may, however, prove beneficial to your overall readership if you are passionate about addressing a specific topic over a long period of time. You can check posts to determine whether or not a series is working for your blog. Check to see if readers are following you through the series. As long as they are, then you have achieved success with your blog series and are contributing to the success of your blog.
There is another way to increase readership, which can be considered somewhat controversial. Consider placing excerpts of certain posts on the front page of your blog. The majority of people claim that it is simply a means to increase website traffic. Extra hits are a nice side benefit, but the real benefit is that it can improve your site’s engagement rate. By adding excerpts to the front page, you can keep it fresh and tantalize your visitors into reading more than your most recent blog post. Your blog website will be more likely to attract a potential reader if you do this. Again, you want to be judged on the whole of your work, or at least by a larger piece of your work than just one post, and this will accomplish that goal. As a result, your readership will increase if your writing is of high quality.
To conclude, if you wish to build and increase your readership, you must provide high-quality content. To keep your target audience interested, it should be useful, original, and interesting. If you improve your blog’s content quality, you will see your membership, readership, and page hits rise without even having to use any other “tricks.” People know what they like, and most people appreciate quality. The best way to increase blog readership is to provide what your readers are seeking.
The benefits of having a blog can not only be fun, but they can also be financially rewarding if you operate it properly. Either way, though, you want to maintain and grow your audience. You will find as many tips out there to increase blog readership as blogs, but if you want to really get things going, consider these four tips. The more you follow them, the greater your readership will be.
Write about your dream home.

My dream home isn’t really a dream home. Honestly, I’m not too complicated. As long as it’s nice and warm, and keeps us safe, that’s all I need.
A few additions would be great for my house. The first thing would be a pool, the second would be a pavilion for family time. It’d be cool to have a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. I’d be happy with a nice office and a game room.
The thought may have crossed my mind. Despite that, I’m really happy and content with the home I own right now. Our lives have been blessed by God, and we are grateful.

Snacking is the downfall of many otherwise healthy diets, but the good news is that you can learn to control it. In addition, if you still want to snack during the day, there are ways to do it without ruining your diet. It’s difficult to stay on track with your diet when you like to snack, but it’s worth the effort to keep your body healthy.

If you want to lose weight, eat smaller meals every few hours instead of three large meals. Having six small healthy meals a day will stop you from snacking too often and keep your energy up.
Getting rid of temptation can also help you stop snacking. Ask yourself if you’re really hungry before you eat or if you’re just eating for boredom, taste, or compulsion (like watching a movie). Having a snack if you’re really hungry is fine, but if you snack for another reason, try to remove the temptation. Make your house junk-free and don’t shop for these things again.
Spend your money on healthy snacks instead. Make sure you’re eating healthy snacks. Would they fit in the same food groups as fruit, vegetables, grains, dairy, or protein? If you answer no to that, then the snack probably won’t be beneficial for you. Snacking on carrot sticks (vegetables), yogurt (dairy), or whole wheat crackers (grains) is better than candy, potato chips, and processed foods.
Don’t forget your drinks when you snack. Soft drinks, fruit punch, iced tea, lemonade, and juice boxes all have unnatural ingredients and lots of sugar. The short version is that they’re high in calories, but low in nutrients. Instead, drink healthy drinks to supplement your diet. Red wine is an exception, since it’s helpful for your heart, but alcohol in large amounts is bad for you.

Don’t skip lunch, even if you’re tempted to do so. It’s a myth that eating a big breakfast means you don’t need lunch, but that’s not true. You’re more likely to snack on unhealthy foods during the day or overeat at supper if you don’t eat lunch. By skipping lunch, your body also loses nutrients, so it’s better to always grab lunch, even if it means giving up some free time. However, no matter what your specific needs are, you can make your lunch pretty healthy.
Carrying your lunch instead of eating at a fast food restaurant or another restaurant can save you a lot of money if you’re at work or school at lunchtime. Plus, you’ll eat healthier and tastier meals. Even if you aren’t a morning person, packing lunch doesn’t mean waking up early. It’s easy to pack the night before.
You can also stock your desk with healthy lunch choices at work to save time. If you’re in the office, try soup, pretzels, crackers with peanut butter, cereal bars, or instant oatmeal. Whenever you have to eat out, like with a client or associate, make healthy choices. Don’t skip lunch just because you have a meeting. Lunch options include wraps, sandwiches with wheat bread and light spreads, salads with light dressing, and fruit. You shouldn’t eat fast food, pizza, or bulky lunches, such as pasta, unless you’re going to be very active at work in the afternoon.
So don’t skip lunch and always make healthy choices.

Describe your most ideal day from begining to end.

Let’s take a look at this. The ideal day for me would be pretty simple. I’d like to sleep in for a few hours first. It’s rare that I get to sleep in. After that, I’ll go shopping, window shopping, or even just walking around so that I can get some fresh air. Then it’s time to relax. A good night’s sleep to round it out.
I don’t need much to have an ideal day, as you can see. In my opinion, the simple things are the best. Those are the things that make me happy.

Something on your “to-do list” that never gets done.

I’m lucky that my to-do list is short. On it, I have a few things to do, but I keep putting off the one I need to do first. It’s on my to-do list to write a book. As part of the book, I have so much to do. Photos need to be collected, edited, and written about. Putting together the layout and everything is on my to-do list also.
That’s something I have to change. Hopefully I’ll be able to finish my to-do list soon. It’s good I only have a few things on there.

Making Iced Coffee Drinks at Home

A chill is sweeping the coffee industry as iced coffee drinks gain popularity.
Americans are drinking iced coffee more than ever, according to the National Coffee Association. Coffee tastes even better when served cold, and it’s even more refreshing than cappuccinos and mochas.
As easy as iced tea, iced coffee can be made in a couple minutes. With a variety of options, including syrups, cold milk, chocolate, and spices, you can create customized coffee beverages that are just as good as those you’d get at a cafe.
There are a lot of drinks you can make at home, like iced vanilla mocha, iced rum coffee, and iced latte. Here are some tips for refreshing iced coffee drinks.
*Start by putting the flavoring syrup in the cup. Add espresso or coffee, ice, and milk to finish off the drink.
*Make sure your drink doesn’t get watered down. Instead of water or ice cubes, use fresh-brewed coffee cubes to cool your favorite hot beverage.
*Make sure you’re using a machine that makes high-quality coffee.
*Think outside the box. Whip cream, chocolate shavings, cinnamon, nutmeg or nutmeg can add a personal touch to your iced coffee.
Now that you know how to make iced coffee, go ahead and start making it.
